In your future role as a Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely and cost-effectively according to established procedures related to the MRM process (maintenance reliability management)
• Ensure that we have a maintenance plan for all critical equipment
• Be responsible for having a spare parts strategy documented in SAP
• Ensure that total maintenance costs and production losses are reduced through projects, implementation of FMEA (part of LEAN), and root cause analyses
• Participate/initiate investment projects where you propose improvements, prioritize, follow up, and create documentation
• Work with maintenance strategies for equipment availability and improvements of maintenance plans
• Contribute to increasing safety at the plant and have constructive dialogue with employees to ensure that our safety procedures are followed

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or equivalent related to mechanics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Extra beneficial if you have knowledge or experience in:

• Rotating equipment
• Static equipment
• Drawing in AutoCAD mechanical
• Experience in condition monitoring of machinery
• Previous experience in the process industry
• Previous experience in maintenance/maintenance processes

It is a small team, but when the work is done correctly, we contribute significantly to the company's revenue.
